How long does a personalized gift take to make?
Engraved pieces are crafted and dispatched in 3-5 working days. Anything with a printed photo or several components takes 5-7. We confirm the honest date before you pay, and we will turn work away rather than miss a deadline.
Can I see the engraving before it is cut?
Yes. Every personalized order gets a layout preview - spelling, spacing and size - for your approval. Nothing is engraved until you confirm it.
What can I have engraved?
Names, dates, coordinates, short messages, song lyrics and handwriting. Names go up to 30 characters a line and messages to around 120 characters; longer text is possible on larger pieces but engraves smaller.
