Order in the first week of February
Valentine's week is the single busiest week of our year. Pieces ordered in the first week of February arrive comfortably; after around the 7th we start turning work away rather than promising dates we cannot hit.
If you have left it late
Order the piece anyway and give a printed card on the day saying it is being made. In our experience that is received far better than a rushed substitute bought from a shelf on the 13th.

Valentine's Day Gifts - questions we are asked
When is the last day to order for Valentine's Day?
As a rule, the first week of February for UK and US delivery. The exact cut-off is posted in the bar at the top of the site each January, and we stop taking dated orders once we cannot hit them.
Is everything red and heart-covered?
No. The seasonal gift box uses different packaging, but the pieces themselves are the same handmade keepsakes we sell all year - which is why they are still out on a shelf in June.
Can you deliver straight to her?
Yes. Give us the recipient's address, tell us it is a gift, and we leave the invoice out and include your message card.
