Orders
An order is confirmed once payment or a cash-on-delivery confirmation is received and, for personalized items, once you approve the layout preview.
We may decline an order we cannot craft to standard, cannot deliver in the time requested, or that breaches our Customization Policy. Any payment taken is refunded in full.
Pricing
Prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP) and include the personalization described on the product page. Delivery is charged separately at checkout.
Prices displayed in other currencies are converted at an indicative daily exchange rate for your convenience. The GBP price is the contractual one; your bank's rate and any card fees may differ slightly.
Prices can change, but never after your order is confirmed.
Product images
Photographs on this website show representative examples. Because each piece is handmade, small variations in grain, tone and finish are expected.
Intellectual property
You confirm you have the right to use any text, photo or artwork you send for personalization.
The HomelyCraft name, this website's content and our product designs remain ours.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order plus delivery.
Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
